Indian Feathers

      BY BELLA BAKER

It was almost the end of Math time when Mrs. Lankford showed us a new game called Indian Feathers. It was very fun!!  Mrs. Lankford learned it at Academy with the other 2nd Grade teachers.  Mrs. Lankford beat Mrs. Hanes the first time!! Indian Feathers is one of my most favorite games!

If you want to play, follow the directions down below...

1.Two players hold a card to their head like a feather.

2.Two people have cards on their foreheads that have numbers. Then the third person that does not have a card on their head tells the people what the sum (answer to an addition problem) is.

3.The two people try to guess want their number is.

4.The first preson to say the number on thieir head gets the cards, but if it is a tie each person gets their card.

5.The person with the most cards at the end wins.
